Event ticket include information such as: Your name, email address, contact details such as phone number.

Contact the event organizer to have them look up your order and resend your confirmation email.

You can change the date and time of your event in Basic Info. Scroll to "Date and Time" and update the "Starts" and "Ends" fields. Then save your changes.
